Do you know which is the bestest TV comedy in the whole wide world? Nope, it’s not Monty Python. Nah, it’s not Little Britain. And it’s certainly not Seinfeld.

CSI Miami!
Otherwise known as The One with Horatio Caine and his Sunglasses of Justice.
Seriously, the show is a joke, Carrot Top is a joke and that coroner who “romances with the dead bodies” creeps me out. Plus, I found the next bestest thing in the world: a spoof of the show! CSI London is a full-length episode spoof split into 4 parts. It’s long (dude, it’s full-length) but man, the guy has Carrot Top’s mannerisms down pat. The legs-apart stance, hands on hips, gazing meaningfully into the distance, stupid one liners. And the sunglasses. Oh man, the Sunglasses of Justice.
The worst part? I’ve actually accidentally stumbled onto online discussions where they thought Horatio Caine was actually sexy. Seriously. *Scrubs eyes with bleach*

That’s fabulous - great find. I’ve been hyping the CBS Monday Night All Comedy Lineup for a while now, with CSI Miami the funniest of the bunch. I found a great compilation of his opening lines that I wrote about at one time - had me in stitches.

I love CSI: Miami. It’s so over the top. With the bright orange color scheme, low camera angles, and shockingly clean offices it’s great.
I get a kick out of how Horatio seems to shoot/kill one or more people in every episode. By now, I’m sure he’s spent more time on paid administrative leave while the shooting is investigated than most cops spend on the job in their entire careers.

this is so funny. My wife HATES that horatio guy - i think he’s funny in a quirky kind of way. I’ll have to have her check out this video.
When that show starts we ALWAYS wait for his stupid one-liner before the first commercial.. and it always gets us rolling.. hahaha..

I about peed myself when “Alice” started talking sweet nothings to the corpse, just like Alex does - one of my pet peeves about this addictive show.
I love the line “Sunglasses of Justice”!!! Horatio Cane cracks me up anyway, and the guy playing Mercutio Sands was SPOT ON.

Oh, the ironic thing is both wifey and me actually tune in to CSI Miami because of Horatio, not that we like him but just to see how much and fast he can piss us off … LOL! Oh and what is it with the filters on that show? They make the damn place look fake!

Ah, I love that phrase too but I can’t take credit for it. I saw it used in a couple places online. I saw an episode of CSI Miami last night too and all I could think of was “my goodness, that guy who did the spoof was really, really good”.
Have you seen the videos on Youtube full of David Caruso’s one liners? It’s just one after another for like five minutes. It’s good stuff. The writers never seem to run out of them ;P

I have too agree. I love CSI and CSI NY but I can stand Horatio Caine. If he would die suddenly on the show itt would improve. Who writes the jokes for him? His delivery is awful and I think he must think those sunglasses are way cool b/c hes always wearing them.

I love CSI (mmm Grissom) too and CSY NY is growing on me but Miami’s really a joke. Considering how often he puts on and takes off his sunglasses, it’s a miracle he hasn’t misplaced them yet.
I suspect it’s a big conspiracy to make David Caruso look as stupid as possible on TV.
