So I assume their yearly budget includes a “semen related costs” fund.
I wonder if their “semen related costs” budget increases when their intake of male students increases.

It isn’t necessarily the semen alone, but the fact that semen doesn’t combine well with hair. My first year in college I shared a dorm room with two other guys.
